Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of purchase if you have not accessed or used any of our services. Once you have accessed or used any of our services, we are unable to provide a refund.

We understand that projects may require time to initiate and complete. In such cases, if work has not yet started on the project, a refund can be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Once work has begun on the project, we are unable to provide a refund.
