Ken founded Rapport Research with the mission of making consumer research more accessible to small and medium sized businesses.
Our vision for consumer research is one which emphasizes the value of research for building strong relationships and lubricating the gears of business. Good research and good data has the incredible value of helping us build a shared understanding of the world. Founder and Research Lead
Ken is an accomplished researcher with over 12 years of consumer insights experience. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph, where he earned a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Consumer Studies, and the Queen’s Smith School of Business, where he earned a Master of Management Analytics degree.
Throughout his career, Ken has established himself as a trusted research expert, having managed consumer research projects both as an embedded member of marketing teams and in leadership roles as a research supplier. He has worked with a variety of clients across industries, including beverage alcohol, cannabis, hospitality & tourism, and financial services. His work spans for Canada and US and includes some of the largest Beverage Alcohol brands in North America.
Ken is passionate about using advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to make consumer research available to more companies than ever before. His mission is to help businesses gain a better understanding of their customers by leveraging the latest technological innovations in market research.
