Why do you only survey in English?

In order for SipMetric to support analysis by detailed drink attributes, it uses natural language processing algorithms to automatically collect and code brand collateral across hundreds of brands. Unfortunately, a limitation of natural language processing models is they typically support just one language at a time. This means a separate model would be required to accommodate French language marketing and this just is not feasible at this time
If only interviewing in French, does this mean I can't apply results to Quebec?

You should use some caution when applying results to the Quebec market. We do collect data in Quebec, and it is valid, but it only apply to the English speaking parts of Quebec. This data should not be used where little is not frequently used.
